My sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and the exceptional coffee I experienced during my visit to Routemap Coffee Roasters in October of 2025. I had the pleasure of being served by a barista who I believe was named Aoi. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made my day. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. My wife and I both ordered Lattes and they were perfectly crafted. The balance of flavor was exquisite, clearly demonstrating a high level of skill and passion for the craft.

We look forward to my next visit to your coffee...

This is such a beautiful corner for those who enjoy strolling in a small town with friendly people and a zip of coffee. Kei and Aoi are friendly and lovely people brewing great coffee in various kinds for people traveling here. We were passing by this city for half a day and were trying to locate some nice place for a drink. Flipping through Google Map and found this 5 star place so here we go. It does worth the little walk and the specialty coffee drinks were great! Thank you so much for having such a nice little shop here and all the best for growing your...

The simplicity of the space enhances the focus on the coffee, and my Kenya pourover was delicious, showcasing rich and complex flavors. The owner speaks enough English to make ordering easy, which is a nice touch for non-Japanese speakers. He also mentioned that new, more comfortable furniture is on the way.
