Husband and I stopped by here after visiting Osaka castle and park. We were probably the first ones for dinner. They told us the lunch menu is available for an extra 500¥ on top of the stated price. We had to use Google translate for the menu haha.
I had the Nigiri + udon set at 1700¥, and my husband had the shirasudon + cold soba set at 1500¥ (couldn't find this one in the menu, we showed a pic from Google reviews and they said it could be done).
The young waitress who brought out the Nigiri set showed me I was to paint the soy sauce on to the sushi (wasabi is already placed in the sushi when prepared) - the soy sauce came in a tiny bowl with a brush! First time doing that in my life, it was such a great experience 😍 the wagyu nigiri was the first I've tried and hands down the best nigiri I've ever had 👍🤤😋. The udon was also delicious, and again, the best we've ever had.
The older waitress (who very kindly and sweetly took our orders) brought the shirasudon and cold soba. She also told us how to eat it, and gave us extra shirasudon sauce. First time trying shirasudon. The cold soba, although simple, was prepared perfectly al dente - it was delicious!
Wish we could come again for lunch for the cheaper prices and to try the other dishes! Just writing this review is making me hungry. Definitely recommending this shop to anyone who comes to...

Read moreThe food is good. If yiu get the sushi nuddle lunch special deal, you get 8/10 pz of sushi and a bowl of nuddle with the hot soup. The price is good compared to the quality (¥1000+ taxes). The only downside for us was that they took very Long to prepare everything (beside the fact that no one speaks English but that is so in many places in Japan). The environment is not anything special. Clean but not...
