I will sound like a "Karen", or like I don't respect the local culture, but my husband and I hate inhaling smoke and we now have a baby that has to come with us everywhere. So we basically can't have breakfast outside because 5/5 places we checked all allow smoking.
We decided to enter this one because we initially didn't see the sign outside saying you can smoke here... We saw it in the other 4 coffee shops.
When we sat down and ordered we realized it was smoker friendly because there were ash trays, but we felt it was too late to leave and nobody was smoking so we decided to stay to not cause problems.
However an old man started smoking and it got unbearable. We had our 8-month old baby with us. We missed the sign outside stating that smoking area and forbidden entry to people below 20 years old. The staff didn't warn us when we ordered, and then it was too late.
We had to take turns eating while the other waited outside with the baby because soon after 2 people were smoking inside.

Not bad price, although other coffee shops around sell the basic set for 400¥, I'm not sure if they have a mini salad (which was...
