The place doesn't look like the photos and they didn't serve most of the stuff I wanted to order based on the photos (like boba or the mixed stuff in the bag).

They do mostly bentos and congee, and the bentos weren't the greatest, just OK. I had high hopes for the big chicken (jipai) because I had an awesome one in Tokyo but it was a bit flat and under flavored.

My parents are from Taiwan and they didn't...

Like the other review said, this place doesn't look like the pictures, maybe they had new management/interior change. They only do takeout so you can't really eat it fresh like in a restaurant. Food at below mid. The mackerel still had tons of bones in, I...
