My family and I had a ramen class here a week or so ago and it was a blast! Shu is extremely knowledgeable and creates absolutely delicious ramen to boot. He has a great sense of humor and his wife is just as interesting to chat with. Their kids help out here and there too, which is very endearing. You get to assemble a bowl of tasty ramen while learning more about the craft of ramen making, and can end the night with a delicious meal. We had such a lovely time learning how to cook ramen with a lovely instructor. My husband and I got lucky that the class was with just us two. It made the experience more personal. We really enjoyed learning about all the hard work that goes into making ramen 🍜 we loved that the restaurant was used as a space for us to go behind and cook the ramen ourselves. The host and his family are lovely people and we really enjoyed meeting them and spending time with them during our trip to Osaka 💚🍜

濃厚鶏白湯ラーメン 900円 ＋白ご飯 100円

夏の限定冷やしラーメン以来の訪麺です✨

今回は通常メニューを食べに！前回気になっていた「濃厚鶏白湯ラーメン」をオーダー

席に座ったら、卓上にある「注文シート」に希望のラーメン・サイドメニューをチェックして提出します😚

支払いは、後払いで現金のみです

前回同様に超速で調理をしてくれるので、ほとんど待つ事なく着丼です😊

濃度８のクリーミーなこってりスープは、ドロッとしていてトロットロな濃厚白湯

鶏のコクと旨みが濃縮されたスープが、これでもか～ってぐらいに麺に絡んでくれます😆

そしてチャーシューも、箸で摘まむのがやっとのぐらいにトロットロに煮込まれていて口の中で溶けていく感が心地良すぎました♬

しっかり味付けされた長～い穂先メンマ、美しくも濃いオレンジ色の半熟玉子、赤玉葱にシャキシャキ食感のネギ等がまたこの一杯の良い引き立て役になっていてgood 😍

散らされた鰹節も華やかな香りと風味を演出してくれていて食欲も刺激されます♪

味変用に提供してくれた「辛味噌」も濃厚マイルドなスープのスパイスとしては最高ですねっ

ただ、めっちゃ辛いんで！特に辛さに弱い人は少量ずつプラスしていった方がいいと思います😅

最後は残ったスープとの相性も抜群なワンコインライス(100円)をスープに合わせて完食😋

後で気付いたのですが、この濃厚鶏白湯よりも更に濃厚な「濃厚どろ白湯ラーメン」というメニューもあったんですねっ✨

次回はそちらも試してみたいと思います♪

店主さんのスピーディな調理により、ほとんど待たずに着丼😊

スープは、鯛出汁の塩味で、名前通りの淡麗でスッキリした飲み口のあっさり系

その澄んだ透明のスープの上には、炙りを入れた鯛の切り身が、贅沢にもゴロゴロッと游いでいます😆

冷水で締められた、喉ごしの良い中細ストレート麺をススル度に、ほのかな海の風味が楽しめますね♪

長～い穂先メンマもイイ味が出ていてgood😁

特にスープが美味で、気が付いたら全部、まくって(飲み干して)いました😋
