Tokimaru — Restaurant in Osaka

It was quiet when I arrived, the only person in, but it was indeed late on a weekday night.

The guy manning the place handed me over an English menu without asking, which is cool, always seeking to try and accommodate someone.

I got the maze men and 10 gyoza since I'd been walking all day and was hungry as hell. Big portion ordered! Devoured it all because it was really good stuff. I absolutely adore maze men. I could have eaten double, perhaps triple!

Honestly the best ramen I’ve eaten in Japan and I tried a lot of them! It’s small and we came at night it was empty, the chef gave us an English menu and we had to point and choose 😁 My boyfriend took the Noodles and I took the Ramen both were packed with flavor and there is a lot of veggies it was a 10/10😉 I don’t even have pictures because we ate our food so fast...

大阪市天王寺区「らーめん ときまる」さん

JR環状線、近鉄大阪線及び奈良線、大阪メトロ千日前線の「鶴橋駅」から千日前通を上本町方面に徒歩で約5分のところにある「らーめん ときまる」さんでランチをいただきました

清潔感のあるこじんまりしたカウンターだけの7席の店内

★「ときまる醤油らーめん」（780円税込み）とランチサービスの「ミニサンドチャーシュー丼」（220円税込み）を注文

・「ときまる醤油らーめん」 「キャベツ」と「ごぼう」が入っているのが目を引きますね！

まず「チャーシュー」から・・・ バラとロース（間違ってたらスミマセン）の2種類でしっかり煮込まれていて脂分が少なく噛み応えがある味の濃いチャーシュー

麺はツルツル（ニュルニュル？）感のある少しウェーブした中太平打ち麺

スープは「かつお」感の強い「豚骨」スープで、あっさりとしていながらも、豚骨がスープ全体の下支えをしていて美味しかったです。 スープ全部飲み干しちゃいました（笑）

ここのお店のラーメンのポイントはやっぱり「ごぼう」ですかね〜 ごぼう独特の土っぽい風味がわたし的には非常に美味しかったですが人によって評価はわかれるところかもしれません。

その他の具材は「もやし」と「ネギ」 全体的に非常によく考えて仕上げられた美味しいラーメンだと思います。 偉そうにスミマセン💦

・「ミニチャーシュー丼」 チャーシューがたっぷり乗っかっていますが、水分は少なめなのでちょっとパサツキ感がありました。コレはコレで美味しかったです。

お店の方の対応は丁寧で凄く良かったです。
