This is my first time here. This shop is located exactly halfway between Umeda Station, Kitashinchi Station, and Minamimorimachi Station. There are about 10 counter seats, and there are also table seats in the back. The impression of the interior is that it is very clean. The counter tables are made of metal and look cool, and the interior is well organized. I ordered ONE DREAM and Makanai Buta-don. The food was served about 5 minutes after ordering. ONE DREAM is the most popular ramen, topped with various types of roast pork on the signature soy sauce ramen. The roast pork is not a typical char siu pork, but a variety of Western-style roast pork. The bamboo shoots are thick and have a rich flavor. It is topped with a slightly larger amount of vegetables such as green onions and radishes. The noodles are thick and round, with a chewy texture. The soy sauce-based soup is light and sweet, but it mixes well with the noodles. The Makanai Buta-don is a modest size, and the volume is just right to eat with the ramen. First of all, what a wonderful service !!! I believe when you come to Japan, most of the places treat you like someone important or VIP. Second, the food looks amazing and the portion VS the value, it's very good. Third, the Pork Ramen soup was absolutely spot on. Solid ramen spot. I got the three dream and was still able to finish off my girlfriend's bowl. The three dream comes with 3 slices of each cut which is great for the gains.
