Arrive just before gates open to wait but at the same time, no point in coming too early as you're going to have a number on your ticket. Basically, your waiting spot is already decided as you're going to line up in your number area in the stairwell to be called by your number when the gates opens. Your number can range from 1-500. Also note that it’s likely there will be other guests who will ask your waiting number so they’ll know where to get in line. As said previously, you're going to be waiting in the stairwell. So even if you ride an elevator, you might have to go back down anyways depending on your number. Need to pay by cash for drink fee (600 yen) and locker (200/300 yen). Drink fee is mandatory by the way. Can only buy merchandise when gates open. 95% of "seats" are standing. However, it's kinda like stadium seating as there's the floor level, 2nd level (seats are here), and then third level.

I had the same experience as the previous comment..
First, I was told that I needed to pick up a physical entry card before the show, which I completely understood. However, things quickly went downhill from there. When it came time to enter the venue, I noticed that local attendees were being allowed inside while the staff hadn’t even started processing my ticket yet. By the time I was finally able to go in, it was already impossible to secure a spot near the front.
Sadly, this was one of the worst livehouse experiences I’ve had in Japan, and I would not recommend this venue—especially for international visitors who hope to enjoy the event on...
