We had an unforgettable time at 旨辛麻辣専門店サカホンキッチン! From the moment we arrived, Shohei, Mio, and Nene made us feel right at home. Not only was the ramen bursting with rich, spicy flavor, but the hands-on experience of learning to make traditional Japanese gyoza and ramen was a true highlight. The staff were so friendly and patient, guiding us step by step and sharing their passion for Japanese cuisine. 【ランチ 一人利用】 白胡麻担々麺のランチセット（1.200円）をいただきました。 一口目のスープから胡麻が抜群に香りいっきに食べてしまいました。

料理のクオリティはもちろんですが、働かれているスタッフさんや、レジ周りの掲示物に親しみが持てる居心地の良いお店でした。

最後に一つ、私もそうでしたが、初来店の方はオーダー方法に戸惑うかもしれません。 まず初めに、入口右手のオーダーシートに（オーダーしたい料理を）チェックして、店の奥にあるレジカウンターに持って行き、お会計を先払いして、テーブルで料理を待つ。というシステムになります。（料理の写真やオーダー方法を丁寧に説明書きがなされているので安心です）

[Lunch for One] I had the White Sesame Tantanmen Lunch Set (1,200 yen). From the very first sip of the soup, the rich aroma of sesame was outstanding, and I couldn’t help but finish it all at once.

Not only was the quality of the food excellent, but the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere created by the signage around the register made it a very comfortable place to dine.

One small note: first-time visitors, like myself, might find the ordering system a bit confusing at first. Here’s how it works: First, pick up an order sheet located to the right of the entrance, check off the dish you’d like, and bring it to the register at the back of the store. After paying in advance, you can take a seat and wait for your food to be served. (Rest assured, the ordering process and menu items are clearly explained with photos and instructions, making it easy to understand.)
