Came upon this very eclectic bar on my trip to Osaka totally by chance. At first, my cousins and I were hesitant to come in (mainly due to the smell of incense burning), but glad that we did. The bar was totally empty with quiet ambiance music playing. Bar tender, who is also the owner, welcomed us in with the typical Japanese hospitality and warm towels.
Drinks were inexpensive (500-800 yen) but were prepared incredibly well. Both the cold and hot drinks tasted wonderful. Also found out that matcha and strawberry alcohol existed by trying his warm drinks, which he explained came in 25% and 20% alcohol percentage respectively which he dilutes with milk and then turns into 5% and 4% respectively.
Food was good as well. We tried the Doritos with salsa dip on the side and spicy potato, which were basically fries and not spicy at all.

Overall 5 stars, totally recommend, and would come back again especially when I...
Read moreIt's a very chill bar. Walking up the stairs we were like wtf as it was silent but then we discovered actually it is just super chilled. Dimly lit with very chill music. We lounged on the couch and had a couple of cocktails and left. Unfortunately no Sake on the menu but they have sochu. My first time drinking real sochu and man is it rough. The cocktails were very creative japanese inspired like shisho and sakura etc. I found them a bit sweet but liked the creativity and found them interesting. Service was great. Good english and he explained the drinks with great interest and enthusiasm. Prices were reasonable. Not a place where you might expect to have a loud drunken session and meet others etc. More...
