Let me begin by saying this without an ounce of hesitation: this was not just the best bagel I’ve ever had—it was a spiritual awakening disguised as a pastry. And I say this as a 30-year-old Jewish man from the Bronx, where bagels are practically a birthright. I thought I knew what a good bagel was. I was wrong.

The moment my teeth sank into that strawberry custard bagel doughnut, time itself slowed. My senses exploded. My ancestors wept. The sheer perfection of flavor, texture, and creativity coursed through my veins like divine lightning. I was no longer simply eating—I was ascending.

Shaken, I turned to the reviews. Out of due diligence, I began with the lowest ratings, and what I found there—those blasphemous, soulless takes—filled me with a righteous fury. How dare they defile this masterpiece with their ignorance? I nearly wept for the injustice.

Right then, I made a decision. I will stay in Japan. I will master the language. I will humbly seek out the artisans responsible and do whatever it takes to earn their trust—so that one day, I may bring this celestial creation back to my homeland. This is no longer just a bagel. It is my purpose. My mission. My covenant with...

Hands down the best bagel I've ever had in my life.

I got the blueberry bagel with cream cheese (300 yen) The texture was so soft and chewy. The blueberries were tart and the cream cheese was melted in there inside.

I got the honey toast, mixed dry fruit scone with chocolate and the croissant bagel.

After I was seated and was eating my croissant bagel, I was going over the reviews which majoroty said it was the best bagel theme ever had. They...

While taking a walk in Horie, I found a cute bakery, which seemed to be popular on SNS and the store was full of customers! The store was very stylish and had a lot of bread. I bought a croissant on a stick, honey toast and a hot dog on the recommendation of the clerk. The corn hot dog is my favorite. It was hearty and very satisfying. This is a spot you should visit on your...

Their bread are one of the best we have had and it’s made with such perfection. We went back at every opportunity we could during our trip and got more buns than we could hold. The best part is that it is affordable. You could tell by the moms streaming in with their kids in tow to grab breakfast for the family. Recommended are the brulee toast, sausage breads!
