Great cafe and coffee roasters. Very cool to see all the roasting equipment in the centre of the cafe. The whole place has a modern and quirky vibe with little nooks to sit. It’s located right around the corner from our hotel so we visited 3 days in a row, every time it was quiet and relaxing. This is one of the only coffee shops in Japan I’ve known to open at 8am, not 10/11am, crucial to get that early morning caffeine fix. I think 4 stars is appropriate. The food was interesting but not bad. Just not to my taste. The bread is sweet Japanese bread so I felt it didn’t go super well with the eggs. But overall I understand this is Japan and my tastes are the minority. So for Japanese breakfast this was solid. The coffee is really nice. The vibe is also amazing.
