One of the best places to have lunch in that area. I stayed in Osaka for 4 days, and every day I had lunch in Budou-Tei. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the prices are good. I highly recommend the Beef Katsu set, which includes a beef cutlet, soup and rice. The refills for rice and soup are free. The set costs around ¥1700. It's quite busy during lunch hours, but if you go there at around 2-3 PM, you won't encounter a queue. When I visit Osaka again, I will definitely eat at Budou-Tei again.

P.S. the restaurant is actually located on floor B2F, and is quite hard to find. If you go down the main escalator, turn left, walk towards the end of the hallway, then turn left again, and it will be in the 3rd row...

Great spot! Location is downstairs and takes a bit of hunting, but lookout for the yellow sign across from it and their green banner! I got the set item B, and my boyfriend got the hamburger with cheese on top! The hamburger came with a lot of bean sprouts which my boyfriend wasn’t that happy about, but he loved his meal...

After searching for this place for almost 20 minutes (it’s on the second basement level), we finally found it—thankfully. We ordered the mozzarella cheeseburger and the one with melted cheese… wow! Super good. This place is the exact definition of excellence, with reasonable prices. Is it worth it? Definitely! Although there’s a language barrier, the staff was always willing to help in a very friendly manner.

I got the set item B, and my boyfriend got the hamburger with cheese on top! The hamburger came with a lot of bean sprouts which my boyfriend wasn’t that happy about, but he loved his meal nonetheless!
