Went here for lunch and the process was smooth. You order through the kiosk outside, get a ticket, and wait about 10 minutes before being guided inside. They collect your ticket once you’re seated. I ate the standard "KAMITORA RAMEN". I was impressed by the soup without the scent of tonkotsu and the melting chashu. Red pickled ginger, mustard mustard greens, and leek kimchi on the table can be topped for free. Ramen with a high degree of perfection.

Had the spicy ramen and the garlic ramen. Both excellent. If you get the special add on you’ll get two more slices of the thick tender delicious pork. Some nori and an egg. You can chose the noodle texture. Hard or normal. And the amount of fat you want in the ramen.
