A Horrifying Experience at Chunagon in Osaka - Steer Clear!

I regret to say that my recent visit to Chunagon in Osaka was an abysmal disappointment. My party and I had high hopes after reading positive Google reviews, but our experience left us feeling cheated and disgusted.

From the moment we entered, we were met with eerie silence and unwelcoming vibes. The uncomfortable atmosphere was only enhanced by the staff's unsettling demeanor, making us feel on edge throughout our meal.

To make matters worse, the food was nothing short of revolting. Every dish we ordered was a disaster, and we found it difficult to stomach even a single bite. Thankfully, we have yet to experience any health issues, but I wouldn't be surprised if that changes given the appalling quality of the food.

We were so appalled by the experience that we had no choice but to cut our visit short. In retrospect, the positive reviews we encountered online seem blatantly disingenuous, likely generated by bots to deceive unsuspecting customers.

As a fellow traveler, I implore you to avoid Chunagon at all costs. Osaka has a wealth of incredible culinary experiences to offer, and it would be a shame for anyone to miss out on those in favor of this abhorrent...

前日に予約をして行きました。

店員さんに聞いたところ、ランチの「真珠」コースがお勧めだという事なので、こちらのコースとグラスワイン（白）を注文しました。

結論から先に言えば、全ての料理が美味しく、上品な味付けであったと思います。 また、サービスに関しても、リーガロイヤルなどの一流ホテルと比べても遜色のない接客であったと思いました。

気付いた点を敢えて挙げるとするならば、

①第３ビルという施設自体が少し古いため、設備等に老朽化の感が否めず、昭和レトロのような雰囲気がしたところ。 ②見た感じ、来客層の年齢も高く、若い人がいなかったこと。 ③私も含め、がっつりとエビを食べたい人には、少し量が物足らなかった様に感じたところ。　でした。

良かったところ

①サービスが行き届いており、おしぼりが欲しいなぁと思ったタイミングで、新しいおしぼりを何も言わずに持って来て下さったところ。 ②伊勢海老の匂い消しで、レモンを手にかけて頂いて、3本目のおしぼりを持って来て頂けたところ。 ③上品な感じがしており、店員さんを含めガツガツしていない感が良かったように思います。 ④店内も静かで、落ち着いた感じがしており、雰囲気も良くリラックスしてくつろげました。

子供の頃に「中納言」のCMを見ていた記憶があり、高級店であるのは分かっていましたが、実際に足を運べて良かったです。

若干年齢層は高めですが、年配の方をおもてなしするには、接待で使えるお店であるように思いました。 32階という立地も　眺望が良く、雰囲気が良いように思いました。

系列の第４ビル　オステリアガウダンテさんも美味しく、グループ全体で食の味にこだわる姿勢は高く評価できるように思いました。

PayPay払いにも対応しており、会員になると10％割引になるという事で、会員登録もさせて頂きました。

Incredibly disappointing. I think most of the good reviews are bots. Not only was it the worst meal on my trip, it was also the most expensive. We left half way though the pre fixe menu because we...
