Went here twice for the lunch and afternoon tea set. The service and ambience here is quite good. The teapots is very exquisite which I liked. Had the lunch set with jasmine milk tea and a walnut tart. The lunch was great especially the milk tea which blew my mind away but the tart was just okay. Came back a second time for the afternoon tea and the savory stuff was quite good but the sweet stuff was below average and very disappointing. It was insta worthy but the taste was meh. The tea which was free-flow was served in tea pots every time but was lacking in flavour. Most of the dessert and tea was from different shops but they were quite disappointing despite the shops having good ratings. I gave it a 4 for the service and savory stuff but the desserts really brought it down because I would have given them 5 stars.

I had heard how nice this cafe was, and yes, it was a very cute and comfortable restaurant with a nice atmosphere. However, the food was unfortunately very lacking. For a lunch that cost over 1400 yen, I was expecting something delicious and filling, but the featured mabo noodles I had were flavorless, boring, and lacking in every way. The noodles made from beans were fine, but the soup had very little flavor, and there was a block of tofu at the bottom that was obviously just dropped in from a plastic package with little care. Even if the food wasn't that good, I at least expected to be full for 1400 yen, but the set literally only consisted of the small bowl of noodles/tofu and two tiny plates of pickles. Other than the atmosphere, this cafe was disappointing...

The restaurant was not busy at all, still many tables open, I dont know why this happened to my wife and I.

Visited with my wife today. Restaurant just opened for dinner so it was not busy at all. Ordered food 5:38pm

My order of food did not arrive, I had waited for 55 mins first then I went to the staff to tell them to cancel my order since my wife already finished her food (Was not able to eat dinner anymore)

Since we sat down no water was served at all, 20 mins after, I decided to ask for water from the staff, still until the moment we left, no...
