Stood in a long line just to get the front and they tell me they don’t have anymore of the food I wanted (grilled chicken ciabatta) - was not made apparent on any of the provided menus, EXCEPT for the one right by the register. Was put on the spot to make a quick decision and ended up just settling with something I really didn’t want (takoyaki). It was not very good. The mango floats had a bunch of ice on them - isn’t the point of a float for the ice cream to melt (and keep the drink cold)? Could not even eat it without chewing ice. Nice and unique drink concoctions. They will give you a buzzer and you will self collect when the number is called.

Spilled a cup of iced cocoa at the high chairs facing the outside scenery. A nice lady from the cafe came to the rescue. She called for a cleaner to tidy up the mess. She asked what I had spilled - and voluntarily made another cup! This is service and customer focus at its best! Anticipating and empathising the needs of the customer.

Expected more. Have to pay to go up to sky deck view to access cafe. Has more of a food hall vibe with cold tiled seating area. Not a warm vibe at all. Ok for a hotdog and beer/coffee purely due to convenience. Staff and prices are ok, but an underwhelming experience on the whole.
