We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant on Saturday night while visiting Osaka, and it truly made our trip special. As a family of three—featuring an 8-year-old with picky tastes, a pescatarian, and various dietary needs—we were a bit concerned about finding something for everyone.
To our delight, we were seated right away, even without a reservation. The staff was incredibly accommodating, preparing chicken satay skewers with no spice specifically for our daughter, which made her very happy. They also offered thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our diverse dietary requirements.
The standout dish of the evening was definitely the green curry rice—it was simply fantastic!
Unfortunately, towards the end of our meal, our daughter started to feel a bit under the weather following a long day of travel from Tokyo to Osaka, and we hurried out. To our surprise, the owner kindly followed us outside to give her some sweets for later.
The warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Thank you for a lovely evening filled with delicious food and...
Read moreI found this restaurant by accident on November 10th this year while searching for halal food near Umeda Sky Building. Google suggested this place. As a Malaysian, I usually love trying local cuisine and prefer not to eat Malaysian food when traveling abroad. However, since it was late and we were extremely hungry, we decided to stop by. At first, we were skeptical because they serve alcohol, but the owner assured us that they only serve halal food and all the ingredients are sourced from halal suppliers. He has done a lot of research on halal food and has visited Malaysia several times to learn about the halal industry. The owner and staff were very accommodating and super friendly. We have no regrets about coming here—the food was excellent, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. We even got the sago pudding for free, and they served us complimentary Japanese tea, which perfectly complemented the desserts. I've never had pumpkin pudding and sago pudding this good, even in Malaysia. I forgot to take pictures of the food, but here's evidence in the form of a clean bowl...
Read moreCurry was def really good and no complaints about anything. but the service was even better. As I finished the curry, I had left over rice and no more curry left. The server saw my situation of extra rice but no curry and proceeded to give me a free extra bowl of curry. I was so surprised that it happened cause other places would never do such a thing.
I got the lunch curry set. It came with a salad and miso soup. But wait, it didn't stop there. After my main, they asked me what dessert I would like. I was shocked to see them give out a free dessert as well. I got a milk tea pudding and it was honestly the best pudding I've ever had. Everything was affordable (about ~950 yen) to top everything off, after I paid, the man handed me a box of candy for me to take and opened the door for me to leave.
Honestly the best service ever. I wouldve tipped very well if it wasn't for Japan's...
