Devi — Restaurant in Osaka

Used to loooove this place when I lived in the area. By far some of the best curry I’ve eaten in Osaka, with an actual decent variety of curry types (very unusual for curry joints in japan). Also it’s very good value if you buy one of the sets, with reasonably priced beers. The staff are friendlier than most Indian places too, and the lady owner ‘Devi’ whom the shop is named after is also very nice! Garlic chicken curry with a garlic naan is a highlight for myself, delicious but will leave you smelling somewhat garlicy! The interior is a bit dated and naff, but I kind of like it that way, doesn’t try and be pretentious and is genuinely tasty...
