We stopped by today for a light snack and had such a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is lovely, and as soon as you walk in, all the staff greet you together, which feels so warm and welcoming. You're offered a glass of icy water right away — such a thoughtful touch, especially on a hot summer day.

You place your order outside using a machine, then come inside to sit. They also have an English menu, which is super helpful. We ordered the gyoza and fried chicken. It’s an open kitchen, so you get to watch your food being freshly prepared right in front of you — such a fun and engaging experience!

Meh ramen, terrible pork, meh egg, ok broth.

You select your meal before entering and a machine prints out tickets for your dishes. They served us a dish we did not pick (similar but different). When we pointed out he showed us our ticket and said basically this is what it says, deal with it. I am pretty certain it was a machine malfunction but even if it was a case of slipped finger that is just terrible service.

Staff is rude. It is particularly notable after getting such amazing and polite service everywhere we have been to Japan. This was quite literally the first bad meal I had in Japan after almost ten days.

Avoid this place.

Ps: we did not touch the dish we did not order, and left it as it is. Nobody acknowledged or offered any...

On a busy lunch time in Dotonburi where tourists line up outside restaurants to get in, we chose this place because there was no line outside. Inside was spacious, there's a lot of customers too but we were able to get a seat. Their ordering system/kiosk is available in English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese. We got the ramen set and upgraded it to large and was so surprised when got a huge bowl of piping hot ramen with lots of cabbage. It was delicious and more than enough for 2 people to share. The set came with fried rice and fried gyoza. We were so full and enjoyed our meal.
