My meal was delicious and the price was reasonable. Sashimi was best we had in town. The service given to us was very good. Staff was attentive and courteous. I was looking for WC. Staff immediately directed me to the WC location outside the restaurant. Kudos to the wonderful service and experience. Highly recommended.

For some reason the standards of this franchise are just not that good. I'm surprised that there are so many branches. Seems to be popular in Osaka though. Price is okay. High chair and English...

トラブルの時にこそ見える、個々の店員さんのホスピタリティに感動しました。

本来受け付けて頂けない直前のオーダーが、某予約サイトのシステム上通ってしまっていたようです。 あえて偉そうな事を言えば「予約した客としては知ったこっちゃない話」ですが、仕込みの都合などでお店の現場としては対応しきれない予約だったのだと思います。 その中で精いっぱい対応してくださったのだど思います。 本来のメニューとは違いましたが、中居さんや板前さんの誠意溢れる対応を頂いて、とても気持ちの良いお食事を頂けました。（当然美味しかったです！）

恐らくシステム上はお店側のミスだったのかな？と思いますが、飲食店としてプライドを感じるフォローをして下さいました。次は早めに予約し、お互いに安心しながら、改めて美味しい料理を頂きたいと思いました。
