Yamakei-Muso Rekka - Temmabashi — Restaurant in Osaka

There is a ticket machine at the entrance, the staff is minimal, and the interior is obviously low-cost construction, giving the restaurant an atmosphere of "the taste is the key, is there any problems?”. I ordered the signature dish "Rekka Hippari Mazesoba". I ordered "1" for spiciness based on reviews, but the staff advised me "Why don't you try 0.5? You can add more spiciness." I thought that customers who chose "1" might sometimes complain that it was too spicy, so I obediently changed it to "0.5". It was just the right level of spiciness. I ordered it out of curiosity, wondering what ramen with mackerel on top on natto would be like. I don't like to mix the ingredients of Mazesoba all at once, so I savored each ingredient one by one, and sometimes ate multiple ingredients at the same time. I didn't like the type of seaweed very much, but the egg, mackerel, green onion, natto, and the soup were all flavorful. I thought the noodle were well-balanced overall. I came in around 8:30 PM, and this ended up being the best ramen I’ve had all trip. I got the Yamagata Spicy Miso Ramen for ¥930. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, and the noodles were thick and bouncy. These guys really hit it out of the park with this one.

【烈火ラーメン7倍＋3倍＝10倍】

今日は朝から寒かったので、身体の中から暖かくなれそうなメニューを食べたいなと思い烈火ラーメンなるものを頂きました。

こちらのラーメンは山形系ラーメンのお店なのですが、山形でよく食べていたラーメンと比べると例えば龍上海「風」とかニュアンスは感じる程度のインスパイア系だと思ってました。 しかし、この烈火ラーメンと言うのはオリジナルメニューかな？（山形って激辛ラーメンで有名なお店ありますか？？） 取り敢えず、辛さを選ぶのに店員さんから「2倍でカレーの中辛くらいです」と言うことでしたので取り敢えず7倍でお願いしました笑 一応、店内の張り紙だと8倍からはチャレンジメニューだと言うのでその手前からのスタートです。

運ばれてきた7倍の烈火ラーメンは、写真を撮って取り敢えずスープからいただきます。 んー、そうですね。ピリ辛ラーメンですねー。カップ麺で言うとローソンの「表裏ラーメン」くらいの辛さで、当会の極辛道基準で言うと3段認定。 激辛フリークならなんのことはない辛さです。 しかし、普段のスープでは感じなかったのですが、ここのスープの出汁は旨いですね。 この辛さをマシた中でもくっきりと旨味を主張してきますね。 そして麺がつるっとして、コシのある麺で旨いです。少しタピオカ粉を混ぜたようなつけ麺に最適なセッティングの麺ですね。 そういえばこの店は混ぜ麺を推しているみたいですが、そちらにマッチしそうな麺ですね。

さて、7倍ラーメンを数口堪能したところ、やはり激辛とは遠い存在でしたので、店員さんの「辛味は後からでも持たせますので、、」と言うお言葉に甘えまして、3倍追加をお願いしました。 すると直ぐに小皿に載った辛味ペーストのようなものが提供されました。 一件すると辛味噌のようですが、そうではないみたい。 取り敢えず、全部投入！ この辛味ペーストの量で辛さを作っているみたいですが、3倍分でこの量だと意外と知れていますね。スープの赤みはラー油をメインにこの辛味ペーストで調整しているようです。 7＋3で合計で10倍分の辛さになったわけですか、そうですね。コンビニで売ってるカップ麺で言うと中本さんくらいですね。当会基準で言うと4段にギリギリのるかな？と言う程度ですので、普通に美味しくいただけました。 また次回があるなら20倍とかに挑戦してみたいです。
