I can't recommend the ramen here enough. It was the food highlight of my trip - we ended up coming here 3 times for dinner over the span of a week.
We ordered ramen and fried rice, both of which were great. The ramen especially is so full of flavour, although it should be noted there is a little bit of spice so you may not like the broth if you don't have a tolerance. If you end up getting seated at the bar, you can watch them make your food which is a cool experience.
You order using a ticket machine - you have to load in money first, then select what you want to order. It can get busy inside, but they've got a list you can add your name to for when seats free up.
