Horie Blue — Restaurant in Osaka

I visited today and, while the food was decent, the service left much to be desired. I was particularly disappointed with the service from a male staff member with long hair. When I arrived, he saw me but made no effort to hold the door. Later, when I asked if I could charge my phone due to a low battery, he responded 'No' in a way that felt dismissive and rude. Given that I spent around 10k, I expected a more welcoming attitude.

Went for a birthday meal. It's a fairly fancy place, but best to go just for drinks and snacks. We'd reserved a table but no one came to the entrance to help us/seat us even though the staff had seen. I had to ask the barman who then called a server over to assist.

ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Visited this place with my husband. We ordered salad, dumplings, fried rice, main dish and drinks at the same time. and we waited for our order for over an hour which did not come eventually. they only served us drinks and “Tsukidashi” thing. they must have known us sit and waited for an hour, why didnt they check if everything's okay?
