It was not busy at all when we came in. But the service was so slow. We got chocolate mint shisha, and it was really weak to begin with. The person serving the shisha didn't seem to know what she was doing. And she didn't even tend the shisha properly, it started to got burned. We got a second shisha, yuzu flavor. It seemed to be okay but also got burned. The staff was not friendly at all. And it is not what I expect if I'm going to be paying 2,200円 for shisha. I at least expect it to be tasty or good service. But both were absent. When we asked for new charcoal they seemed to be reluctant.

It was a little off putting that the male staff, when we went, put all their attention on two female customers; sure the girls were cute, but the male staff didn’t serve the other customers much.

It gets busy late at night but you can usually find somewhere to sit. Best time is probably 8pm to midnight but they stay open much later and some nights it will still be busy at 2 or 3am . Sofas inside and outside on the street(!). Clean toilet. Downstairs is a partner bar that has comedy nights and that's also a lot of fun. ...
