Tuna lovers must try! I came here during lunch time, had the Omakase Course Set. Even from the first menu, I was already mindblown! Super good, the combination of fresh Uni (sea urchin), Ikura (salmon roe), and torch-blown Ōtoro (medium-fatty tuna). Melts in your mouth with deep umami complex flavour! Other menu are also interesting with a dash of kinpaku (Gold-Leaf)! Luxuriously sparkling ✨
The seating type is private counter-seating style with intimate limited capacity (5 seatings available for now). So we sit in the counter, watching the staff preparing our foods right in front of us.
The owner is SUPER FRIENDLY and cheerful. He’s always excitedly greeting the customers! They tried their best to have their menu in English & Japanese.
This time the Omakase Course Set costs ¥12,000 per person, and it’s worth every penny.
Located just 7 minute-walk from Dotonbori street. They’re just newly open in October 2025, and hopefully many visitors will come and support this amazing restaurant. Please visit when you visit Dotonbori Osaka! (As for now, you can walk-in without reservation, but I suggest you to make a reservation via Tabélog...
Read moreWe stumbled into this restaurant thanks to Google maps recommendation. It's a smaller Omakase sushi restaurant. The space is enough to accommodate only up to 4 people at a time. Thanks to this, our experience was very personal and we were catered to every step of the way. Luckily for us, the assistant chefs can speak English so we were able to talk and understand the concept behind the dishes. It turns out the restaurant just opened not so long ago!
At the moment there are about 5 dishes that come with the omakase package. I think the experience with omakase is the fact that the chefs choose and prepare the dishes. We don't have to pick.
We had a great time talking it up with the chefs. They were very friendly and personable. The dishes were yummy. If you like uni then this place is for you. 3 of 5 dishes included uni. I think the combination of uni w tuna and salmon roe helped make the dishes more filling palate. Overall, we enjoyed all...
Read moreI recently had a truly sublime experience at a newly opened restaurant around Shisaibashi area in Osaka. What impressed me first was the unbelievably fresh and perfectly marbled tuna (maguro). It melted in my mouth the moment I took a bite—it literally made me smile. Then came the star players: the sea urchin (uni) and salmon roe (ikura)! I was particularly blown away by the popping texture of the ikura and the rich, sweet flavor of the uni. The dish that generously used these ingredients was nothing short of a jewel box from the sea. What also surprised me was the sheer beauty of the presentation. The special items on the menu were elegantly sprinkled with glittering gold leaf, elevating the whole experience and making it feel truly premium. Every piece of sushi was meticulously crafted and absolutely delicious! The high quality of this restaurant speaks for itself. It is definitely a must-visit spot that I highly recommend for any...
