Im rarely to give 1 star review but this is place deserve it. Not because the food or the place, its because the staff. Especially the Vietnam staff.
Vietnam staff is very rude. When we came in, she already make a rude face. We are still deciding what to eat but she force us to order(at that time there is no line). So we go to cashier and order 1 sausage and 2 chicken muffins (the breakfast menu). We paid using card, she take it and scan it with the rude way. After our order finish we take it and go out, and then we checked theres is only 1 sausage and 1 chicken, luckily the bill is right. But still its not satisfy for us.
We usually going there to buy breakfast, the Japanese staff is really nice they know how to treat customers, but not today. Thanks to Vietnam staff they ruined my experience...
Read moreThe location is conveniently located right outside Tenma station. Standard McDonald's menu as always so you know what to expect in terms of volume, price, and quality.
The service is fast-food standard speed and it's usually staffed with enough people to handle orders. However, a lot of orders seem to be for deliveries, so there may be an invisible line waiting before you. The waiting area is very small so there's not really a way to form a line without standing outside.
Seats are in the basement and unfortunately they don't seem to have Wi-Fi found in almost every other McDonald's I've been to in Osaka city. The interior doesn't have the cleanest feel but that's kind of how Tenma is in general.
Might be a nice place to wait if the train is greatly delayed for a while due to...
Read moreVery convenient, very cheap, and very tasty. I didn't want to eat much McDonald's while I was in Japan as I typically never go to McDonald's anyways, but money was really tight and we also were on the move a lot. We didn't always have time to find a restaurant especially when we had to get somewhere quick.
This location was tidy and service was really fast. We dined in every time we came here, and there were always plenty of seats. And whenever we'd be finished, we'd be able to go right on our way as it's less than a minute walk from Temma station!
My favorite item was the Terriyaki Chicken Burger. It was sweet and saucy, and I don't think they have this outside of Japan (probably). Stop here if you want a quick, cheap and tasty bite before heading out to...
