The worst experience ever. I have never written a review, but this place is so horrendous, I had to take the liberty of advising people not to dine here. Their advertised menu had an all-you-can-eat option, which depicted many entrees and side dishes on the picture. What we got was the complete opposite. Although they had certain meals on their food menu, we had to personally order each one individually and we could only order one at a time. The best part? It took them close to 30 minutes to even bring it out. We also asked for rice, which never came. Besides the non-existent service, the ignored buzzing of assistance we asked for, and the cold stares of the waitresses, the food was okay; okay as in after a long day at universal studios Japan, we were hungry enough to eat anything that was in front of our faces. 1- the buffet menu is really confusing. I thought all shown in the photo will be served then you will order more from what you think is your favorite. However, I was wrong. The staff did not explain anything or ask which dish we would like to order first. They brought out some meat that made me think my 1 thought was right. 2- don’t let the photos fool you. What shown in the photo is completed different with what you get. Food is not that great 3- I incidentally saw a female staff took off her shirt( showing her bra) to switch on her uniform T-shirt behind the column right at the middle of the bar. Went on a weekday for lunch. The staff were kind but also distant. Atmosphere was dark probably because there were hardly any customers. Was great for me since I could enjoy talking to my friend.
