Peak Roast Coffee — Restaurant in Osaka

Peak Roast Coffee has a good variety of beans to choose from, several single origin choices as well as three house blends on the menu. Don't expect some sugary coffee concoction as they specialize in drip coffee using the siphon technique. The back of the cafe is a coffee laboratory roaster and all. I got the honey version of their house blend and it was smooth and flavorful. Along with their coffee, they have a decent breakfast menu with sandwiches. I ordered the set which comes with a sandwich, side salad, yogurt, and a medium boiled egg. Along with my large coffee it was under ¥1000, not bad in my opinion. The staff was professional and hard working. My only complaint was that many of the patrons were smoking when we arrived but this is not so uncommon in Japan...

Came here for breakfast and I loved everything about this place! :) I had the french toast which was crunchy on the outside, yet soft on the inside. I also had the raspberry matcha latte which was super delicious and not too sweet. On top of that, everything looked amazing and the latte art on my boyfriend's latte was the prettiest i've ever seen.😌 The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. Even though the food took a little while to be prepared, that didn't take anything away from the experience and most likely just proves have freshly everything is being prepared. Highly recommend to check this...

It looks like this place was recently remodeled. It doesn’t look like old photos. It looks way more elegant and chic. Everyone very nice and attentive. The place got a bit too crowded closer to lunch time, I guess that makes sense. I recommend going early to avoid crowds and enjoy the vibe of the place. I had the croque madame. Very delicious and a big portion. Iced matcha latte was very good too, smooth and to the point. Their cheesecake is a must. I guess I totally forgot to take a photo of it. But believe me, you must have it! Totally recommend this place. I didn’t try their coffee but I bought some pour over for my husband, I hope...
