The restaurant is only 2 minutes from the hotel where we are staying in (Voco Osaka Central). We had walked past it nearly every day and wanted to try it today. Despite haven’t over 5 empty tables this evening, the crew was super rude when we walked in to ask for a table for 5. The lady literally stomped out of the restaurant and shouted for the chef (whom I believe is the owner) while pointing at us in Japanese.
I understand that the chef was busy preparing the meals but he shouted from across the kitchen at us with what seemingly meant “Full! Full! Full!” And gestured for us to leave.
This is the first time in all my travels to Japan to experience such rude and hostile attitude from someone in the service industry. tThank goodness we found something better...

My partner ordered a lasagna which came with a plate of appetisers which were just alright. The lasagna itself was pitiful, the portion was literally one bite sized.
