Great customer service, and beautiful ambiance. Came here for lunch. For the starters, i found the smoked salmon appetizer very delicous. However, although there were quite a few options for the main dishes, i didnt find any "stand out" dish that I will go back for. I really loved the strawberry shortcake and the coffee. I wish there was chocolate cake too, and chocolate sauce for the churros (was looking for this but found none). Still enjoyed as they let us dine at a leisurely pace, without rushing....Thank you for the...

Our family is staying at the hotel and we decided to book the buffet dinner for our sons 10th birthday Sayaka was amazing with customer service and accommodating our request with creating a surprise dessert with candles for our son! She did amazing and the food was delicious with a view! Highly recommend this restaurant all rounded pleasurable...

ただバースデーケーキを別注しておりプレート希望の欄があったのできちんと記載してましたがただの白いお皿にケーキがのってきただけでした。 あれ？っと思いましたがお祝いの席だったのでその場で言うのも雰囲気が崩れるので言いませんでしたが予約確認してもきちんとオーダーしていたので残念です。別途支払いしてのオーダーケーキなのでレストラン側の確認不足だと思います。

ケーキのカット用のナイフや皿フォークもなく 言えば貰えるくらいのサービスクオリティです。 ヒルトンってこういうレベルのサービスだったんだなぁと思いました。

繋がってるラウンジも1人1,000円チャージ料だったと思いますが 席に着いた時も「1人〇〇円で演奏もあるのでこの後いかがですか？」との勧誘の案内がありバースデーケーキの時にもわざわざ案内が2度もあり人が入らないのか分かりませんがしつこかったです。 勧誘する前にする事あり...
