I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews, but this place was truly disappointing, to put it mildly. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.

The service was severely lacking. Actually there was no service. There was no greeting or farewell, which felt especially strange given the exceptional service I’ve experienced elsewhere in Japan. I felt completely out of place here.

We were asked to order through a QR code, which was fine. We placed our order, and my partner received his drink, but after 20 minutes, I was still waiting for mine. When I asked a staff member about it, she looked at me as if I were making it up. We pointed to the order on the QR code, she walked off, and another staff member finally came over to confirm it was just one drink. I eventually received it, but it was a frustrating experience.

The food was a huge letdown and terribly overpriced for what it was. Maybe at half the cost, it would have been tolerable. We ordered a shared platter but weren’t given any shared plates. The food arrived cold and greasy, with small portions and a total lack of flavor. The cheese balls were awful, and the chips tasted like basic homemade oven fries smothered in a cheap cheese. The mini sausages were horrid. The whole dish, nothing was nice. Couldn't get out fast enough.

To top it off, they brought a side salad to our table that we didn’t order, then had the audacity to charge us for it. If I had wanted it, I would have ordered it myself.

Honestly, I’ve had better meals at McDonald's. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to save yourself from extremely overpriced, cold food and very rude customer service.

A friend and I happened upon this place while walking around. The pictures looked good and the prices seemed decent, so we headed in.

The facility was small. Patrons can barely move around in the area.

There are no bells to call the staff in the 3-story restaurant, so you have to wait a while.

The food looked good on the menu, but when we received it, it looked nothing like the pictures. It looked like food that was purchased from the frozen section at a supermarket and heated up.

The taste of the food was average.

When we went to pay, we were surprised with additional fees. What we thought was a 2000 yen dinner turned into over double that. When we asked, we were just told that's the way it is.

This was by far the worst eating experience I've ever...

Spicy food lovers, this one’s for you! 🌶🔥 Nakgopsae is packed with the rich flavors of seafood and offal, bringing a perfect balance of deep umami and fiery heat. The nakji (octopus) is delightfully plump and chewy, making every bite satisfying! 🐙✨
