I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience overall. The service was particularly outstanding. A friendly part-time waiter recommended miso ramen and he also informed me about the student discount, which was a pleasant surprise.

I came here 2 days in a row because the place was THAT worth it. I stumbled upon this humble eatery as it was right opposite my hotel and I was astounded by the quality of the miso ramen that they specialise in. The noodles are firm and bouncy, and complement the rich broth very nicely. The chashu is also tender and melt-in-the-mouth while the tonkatsu is fried to perfection without being overly greasy. You can probably tell by the many posts/reviews I've done that ramen and gyoza are one of my favorite combos and this place brought it! I had the spicy miso tonkatsu ramen with a side of gyoza, and let me tell you the balance of flavor, crunch, and heat blended so well with the cold beer!
