My husband and I passed by Sumika and were attracted to to the advertisement of the food outside the restaurant. We went up to the 4F and found a cute and clean restaurant with private, partitioned seating areas. The sukiyaki set was what pulled my husband to the restaurant, but to his dismay he found out after being seated that the it wasn't available. I don't eat pork, so based on pictures of the menu I ordered the chef's choice yakinikyu that looked like beef. I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't eat any of the pieces, because all of them were pork (bacon). My husband had to eat the skewers for me, and I basically had nothing. I wish the wait staff communicated that beef was unavailable when they told us they couldn't do the sukiyaki. Lastly, customer service was inexistent. Use the bell button at your table to...

Stop ! Please avoid this restaurant if you still want to have good impression of Japan.

So I stumbled upon this restaurant because we were finding a restaurant on Google Map.

So this place has a 4.4 Star rating, so I thought everything would be nice like any other restaurants, but no. Many reviews were rewarded for a free drink.

You have to pay 500 yen per person for nothing.

The service provided by one of the waiters is absolutely rubbish. The tone of voice used with me & my parent is so aggressive. And When asked if we can change the table, the waiter act as if we beg to find food her lol.

Small portion of food and food taste so-so as well as the price is too expensive for the value they provide
