We walked passed this place and my girlfriend wanted to go try this place as its beef BBQ. So we decided to come back at 19:00 hours, our wait is around 40mins. You have to put your name on the waiting list and also the number of your party. When it reached your turn, the wait staff will call your name. But note to self, it’s Japan they can’t pounce your name very well so you have to be attentive all the time when they call our names. When we were lead to the table, I’ve noticed the tables behind us were all empty. After a while, it was filled. It’s a Korean bbq restaurant. I am not very keen on Korean BBQ as you get stinky. When we got the menu, there was the all you can drink on offer for 1.5 hours. It was really odd as well, as 3 of us, we can’t share we have to order the same stuff as well. So at the end we have to order 3 set of the same items. Initially, we thought we can share 2 sets between us as we weren’t very hungry. When the food arrived at our table it was so much. The good thing about this BBQ, the BBQ part have the smoke extraction is on the side of the cooker. We were very impressed it means that we don’t come out smelling like smokey BBQ. I don’t mind the BBQ beef, it was very tasty but the effort that you need to put in to cook your beef. I am thinking it’s not worth the effort at all. Would I return to this place again for some more BBQ beef. It’s more like a one off place I would come. Unless, somebody wants to come here for the all you can drink session for 1.5 hours. Then...

Really bad dining experience at this f&b outlet. All the staffs inside got a long face, no smiling. But that's fine, I never expect good service in Japan when you have a Chinese looking face. However, other than extremely bad service, what I concerned most was the hygiene problem. The case happened to me was at the time when I took my daughter to washroom, I informed the staff that there was no more toliet paper inside. Then, the male staff, still showing his long face, tried to look for the toliet paper for me. When he was searching, he accidentally knocked down the garbage bin. Then, he used his left hand to pick up the garbage on the floor and put them back to the bin. It's still ok and a very normal action. But then, the most disgusting moment happened, without washing his hands he served the food again and again. With such a serious hygiene issue, I sweared that I will never go back to that outlet despite the kobe beef was good. And the outlet should look into this issue and train up their staff properly...

BEST MEAL IN JAPAN!!!

Went here for the second time (1 year gap) and their food consistency blew our mind.

All their meat is so good. From the cheapest to their mid priced wagyu beef all tastes so good. Their beef quality is beyond expectations. Their beef literally melts in your mouth.

If you order their beef tongue, they will give you garlic sauce + lemon which tastes very delish.

In lunch time they have lunch package which is way more affordable. But in dinner time, their package is a bit expensive so better to order ala carte.

In dinner time, their service is a bit slow as maybe they are not enough employee available. Everything including free water is ordered thru the ipad.

We pay around ¥55.000 for 10 person + 4 non alcoholic drinks. It is quite expensive but for their meat quality, i think it is worth every penny.
