UPDATE: STORE OWNER CALLED ME AND OFFERED ME TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THE BAG BACK TO JAPAN TO AUTHENTICATE THE BAG. HE/SHE HAS TRIED THEIR BEST TO CONSTANTLY CONTACT ME TO INVESTIGATE AND FIND OUT IF THE BAG IS REAL OR NOT. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT BUT IM SO ANNOYED WITH THE BAG I DONT EVEN WANT TO LOOK AT IT. IT HAS NO SERIAL NUMBER OR INFO SO THERE IS NO WAY TO TRACK THE BAG(All Dior bags made after 1990 had serial number imprinted. Mine doesnt). I got the bag professionally authenticated in California and they told me these bags should have a serial number on them… but there isnt 1 so its considered a fake. I only want to deal with shipping it back to Japan if Im promised a full refund if the bag is fake but there is no serial number on the bag at all so how would they know? I have a feeling sending it back wont do anything. I dont know what to do except move on, this situation makes me sad so I dont want to think about it which is why I stopped responding to the owner.

I don’t think they sell fake products on purpose, I think one of their dealers sold them a fake bag not knowing. Just beware and check everything before buying. I will add a Star due to the owner/manager trying to help me find a solution

I really appreciate that one of the staff members told me about their coming sale at the time. I saved 10% plus tax on the item I bought. As I was looking for a specific discontinued bag, the choices they had were in pretty good condition. I think their items are well priced. they offer a wide selection of Chanel and Hermes bags.
