Do NOT stay here especially if you’re a foreign traveler. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked three nights but left after just one that’s how bad it was. And we didn’t even ask for a refund. We just wanted to leave.
When we returned to our room after a day out, we were shocked to find the door wide open. It was terrifying. I refused to go in until someone from the hotel accompanied me. Luckily nothing was touched but raises so many safety questions. They just said the last key scan was ours and brushed it off like it was no big deal. I know the door was closed when we left.
They offered to change our room, but that didn’t help. The new room had the fire sprinkler blocked a serious safety hazard. On top of that, one of the staff members kept giving us cold, judgmental looks. Her attitude clearly showed she didn’t value or respect foreign guests.
The final straw was the next morning. I simply walked up to the front desk to explain I couldn’t find my breakfast voucher and before I could even finish speaking, the staff pulled out a calculator to charge me. No questions, no listening, just an automatic assumption. It was rude and disrespectful.
When we told them we wanted to check out early, the lady just said, “Your checkout is in two more days.” I said, “We know. We’re leaving now. That’s how desperate we were to get out.
There are so many better places to stay. This hotel is NOT foreigner-friendly, lacks basic safety measures, and has staff who don’t seem to care about guest well-being at all. Save yourself the stress stay...

The highlight was definitely the fresh sashimi, but there were also takoyaki, udon, rice, a range of bakery items, and even fresh kale juice – a perfect start to the day! • Location: The convenience of having an escalator right in front of the hotel made access super easy. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the subway, shopping spots, and plenty of restaurants—simply cross the road, and you’re there. • Quiet Atmosphere: Even though the hotel is right by the roadside, it was surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful stay. • Nearby Attractions: I absolutely loved the Crysta underground mall right in front of the hotel. It has everything you could need—from shops to dining options and even a haircut studio! • Perks: One of the nicest surprises was the free drink service available from 14:00 to 23:00. It was a thoughtful touch that added extra comfort to the stay.
Negatives: • None! Everything was perfect.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great amenities. Would definitely...
Read moreFirst impression of hotel was good. Small room but workable for two of us. Front desk staff spoke great English and was helpful in providing assistance with luggage and directions to nearby parking garage. Parking cost 1500¥ for 24 hours (no in/out privileges) and was a 5 mins walk away. Lobby area had hot and cold drink dispensers that guests could help themselves to from 2pm to 11pm. Room was clean, modern and had almost everything you needed (and even those you did not). ||All the good things went out the window when we tried to fill our empty bottles with the water that they provided at the lobby. The staff rushed to us and pointed out a small sign that said no filling of bottles allowed. ||They don’t provide any water in rooms so you could drink the chlorinated tap water or buy water from the vending machines. Oh of course, you are welcome to take 10 paper cups of water from the dispenser but again, just make sure you don’t try to fill a bottle with the water! ||Unfortunately this foiled the whole stay for us and we...
