Sushi Inase — Restaurant in Osaka

The food was well prepared and very delicious. The chef took the effort to let us know what type of fish it is and also asked if there is anything we can’t eat. His thoughtfulness impressed us. The rice had the perfect flavour and texture which was paired perfectly with the fish.

The service was also amazing too. With our broken Japanese, the chef and the other servers were able to help us as if we were locals and treated us very well. I can tell the chef was making sure we were well taken care of by actively checking up on us and also giving us sake recommendations when we asked. Although he didn’t speak English, this was impressive. He even took the time to walk out of the restaurant with us, said his farewell and waited till we walked out of his sight. What type of restaurants do this? So amazing.

The atmosphere is that perfect Japanese style sushi omakase restaurant we all dream of. Sitting in front of the bar, perfect lighting, no loud music, just you, the chef, and the food he prepares for you.

Overall, it was the best experience I’ve ever had and I’d recommend it to all my friends and family who wish to have this type of experience. 福島のタワマンにある高級感溢れるオシャレな鮨店

高級感ある立地，店内に反してコースは11000円と敷居が低い

大将は京橋の予約困難店の鮨きずなで握っておられたこともあり，弟弟子さんが独立の際にお店を譲られたのだそう

そういった背景からお鮨のレベルの高さは期待していたのですが，しっかり期待に違わぬコース内容でした

最初のお造り三種からめちゃくちゃハイレベル

特にマグロのネットリとした旨味の濃さが半端ない

刺身の付け合わせの四万十の大葉もフレッシュで香りの良さが秀逸

穴子の酢の物もバケツで食べたいくらいの美味しさ

10種ほど出てくる鮨もどれも上質

シャリは小さめで口に入れるとホロッと崩れてネタと一体になる素晴らしい握り

ヒラメが絶品とのことでしたがこの日はなく，トロ・ウナギ・サヨリが特に美味しかったです

季節・日によって内容が変わるみたいなのでまた行ってみたい

大将との会話も楽しく，肩肘張らない雰囲気の中時間を過ごせるのもとてもいいポイント

今日は、福島の「いなせ」さんへやってきました！！ お店がタワマンの中にあるので、どこにあるか迷っちゃいました。
