Very solid beef bowl. I prefer if over Sukiya's gyudon. It is also open late so it's perfect if your dinner was not as filling as you thought it would and you suddenly want some dinner at 9pm.
There are also bottled tonkatsu(?) sauce, soy sauce, togarashi, salt, and salad dressing on the counter if you want to season your order. Just remember to make sure that the cap of the condiments is turned on well as in my case the dressing bottle came undone as I was using it, causing quite a mess. (If the owner/staff sees this I am so sorry for the mess).

Sorta a greasy-spoon kind of atmosphere in a good way- and you can watch everything they do in the kitchen. This is good, casual comfort food. Not fancy but you will be satisfied by the flavor, portion sizes and prices. Oh and food arrives quickly! We are very likely coming back here at least once more before we leave Osaka.
Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Order by machine. The staff was friendly about helping us order and communicated to us in English (despite our broken-but-trying Japanese)
