Update: After a few hours, the manager went to the room and saw the dirty conditions, then agreed to give us a one day refund. The front desk staff were very friendly but the room facilities were malfunctioning.
Dirty sewage water floods the bathroom from the floor drain!🤢 Also the fridge is not cold.
When we first entered the room around 5pm we noticed a bad smell coming from the bathroom floor drain, so we covered the drain with a towel in an attempt to reduce the smell. We went out for dinner and shopping.
In the evening, when we showered, the tube was draining slowly. When I stepped out, I step in a puddle of water and was splashed. It was sewage that had backed up out of the floor drain!! 🤮 I had to go out of the bathroom, trekking sewage into the room to phone the front desk. I asked to change a room because of the sewage and the fridge was not keeping my food cold, food poisoning risk. The remote was also filthy with oil and old food splatters. I was told that there were not any rooms left. At this point, it was past 11pm. We would have needed to find and pay for another hotel, pack up, get a taxi to move. We had a full day planned and booked for the next day starting at 7am. We were told that they would fix the problem tomorrow when we were out. I had to ask for a room clean too for the sewage, it was not offered. So we suppressed our gag reflex and roughed it out one night because we really wanted to keep our vacation plans.
Evening of the second night, I knew to check the drainage. Someone had removed the drain cover but the drain water was still high. Sure enough, as soon as I turned on the sink faucet, sewage, with floating pieces of toilet paper started rising up the floor drain. 🤮
I filmed the problem and asked for a manager. Was told the manager was not in until morning. I had to demand a room change. After some 15min minutes I was finally given a room change. The new room was at least functional.
The next morning, I described the problem in detail to the manager. That room should not have been rented out in the first place in that condition. I only asked for that 1 night to be refunded as it should not have happened. But manager refused. This is not right. Apparently, drainage issues is a known problem to them but they allowed it to still happen. Did not check or fix before guests check in, then did not...
Read moreI came to stay with my parents on a package tour, but if it is included in the package accommodation, avoid it unconditionally. The accommodation is very, very, very, very, very cold.I visited 3 hotels for a week, but the cleanliness was the worst, the bathroom was the narrowest, the room space was the narrowest, and it was especially very, very, very cold. It's a system that maintains power with a card key, but for that reason, it's cold for a long time even after coming in and turning on the heat. It was so cold that I gave up washing and sleeping, and got up and washed. is not very warmI can hear all the noise from the next room, but personally it's not too annoying.(Koreans + women) It was okay, but I think the room itself is not well soundproofed.Still, if it's okay, it's a waste of money because there's coffee + ice on the first floor (the lodging was so difficult that it was relatively waste of money) I skipped a cup of coffee after I went out, so I saved the price of coffee Hu- -And it's raining for consecutive nights. They don't clean it. I went into the bath every day, but since it was a two-day stay, I was worried about cleaning the bath. Also, there is one foreign male, but he is not very good at work.I deliberately left it to check-in, but it was cold and I kept waiting, but no one helped me or asked for help... It's really uncomfortable to say this, but the body odor is so strong that it gives me a headache, it's cold, it's hard, and it seems like it took over 20 minutes just to check in. ..Private travel + summer <- I do not recommend anything elsePersonally, I chose it because it was close to the Nankai Namba Line, but the surrounding roads were very clean (the walk was not bumpy, so it was easy to move)Don't choose just because it's closeIt's really really winter rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to go into the dorm because it's too cold, but it's a place where I go in because it's hard and I want to go out again ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Don't go there ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ+The picture was taken when it snowed near the accommodation because there was no picture of the...
Read moreIt's about a 5-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station, and there are restaurants nearby, so the location isn't bad.I really feel that each and every staff member is working hard to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. It was all people.I think the size of the room is normal, but it seems that there is no place to spread a large carry case.I thought it was a little pitiful for tourists from overseas.I forgot to take a picture of the bathroom, but it is a unit bath with a toilet and a bathtub, and the bathtub is deep, so it was a little difficult for me, who is short, to step over. It was to the extent that I thought I would slip and get hurt if I broke the system when straddling it if I was in a wet state after bathing...Also, I was worried about the gap between the bathtub and the wall of the unit bath where I could see the dirt that I could not tell if it was blackheads or mold...There are no points to worry about except for the high bathtub and the dirt I wrote above, so I am very satisfied. The amenities in the room were a toothbrush, shampoo, rinse, body soap, face towel and bath. I was able to stay in the vicinity at a great deal, so I hope that the price will reflect that by eliminating waste. There was a hypochlorous acid sanitizing spray, which was very good...
