Seems under staffed. The restaurant is quite big, but there were almost not a single clean table.

We had to clear a table by ourselves so that the kids could rest. You order from a machine. Pay, and some tickets will print out. You're then supposed to give the tickets to the staff, so they can start prepare the food. Don't forget this part!

The kitchen was quite slow. Restaurant was quite empty, so it surprised me that it took that long.

Local dishes, like the katsu and karaage were well made. I made the mistake and picked the "hot plate", because the beef was dry, and the portion quite small. And it also took 15 minutes longer...

Free refill of rice and Barley tea for getting meal at ¥750 sign me up!

A decently accessible location with food prices ranging from ¥750 to ¥1300 there are tables for group of 4s or smaller sized tables for visitors of 1-2, for a price of ¥750 the unlimited rice refills and Barley tea is definitely worth it, along with the decent sized portion for the meals they give, staff are courteous and you order from a terminal like McDonald's, Menu is available in English. Opens until quite late in the night as well, good if your hungry for a meal in the middle of the night.

Delicious set meals at an affordable price. Knowing that this was a chain restaurant I entered with pretty low expectations, but I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and found the food to be quite delicious!

Example: Hamburger with demi-glace sauce set meal, with a side of 2 fried shrimp and a croquette, for less than 1100 yen, including complimentary tea. I saw many customers taking advantage of the free rice refills being offered.

The restaurant offers free wifi, and the booth seating was very comfortable. English menu available from the touch screen.

I would not hesitate to return....
