Excellent food! Masterfully prepared with great attention to detail. Ingredients were exceptionally fresh and the seasoning accentuated the natural flavours of these fresh ingredients. I loved the sea bream, it was an absolutely unique dish unlike any other I've had. Crispy on outside, but delicate, soft and fully of umami goodness on the inside. Everything on the menu was delicious!
Yuki, our hostess, provided exceptional service. She was friendly, polite, respectful, engaging, entertaining, very knowledgeable and could communicate fluently in English. I've eaten at three-star michelin restaurants, and believe Yuki truly outperformed them.
