Beautiful little wine bar with a great selection of natural wines, run by a real wine connoisseur with experience working at vineyards in France. Kinoshita-san is incredibly friendly and helpful, and even went as far as running 2 blocks to the main road to flag down a taxi for us at the end! We were stunned! I would highly recommend Winestand Perche if you're in Osaka and enjoy natural wines. Even the almonds we ordered were toasted...
