YAKINIKU Maru Nagahoribashi — Restaurant in Osaka

A local friend of mine brought us to Yakiniku Maru, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The atmosphere was incredible — warm, stylish, and welcoming, with the kind of vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay a while.

The food was exceptional. The beef for the BBQ was of outstanding quality — fresh, tender, and full of flavor. Every cut we tried grilled beautifully and practically melted in our mouths. You could really tell they take pride in sourcing top-grade meat.

On top of that, they served ice-cold Sapporo beer on tap, which was the perfect pairing with the BBQ. What a steal! It really elevated the entire meal.

Despite the high quality of both food and drinks, the prices were very reasonable. The service was also excellent — friendly, attentive, and efficient.

I make a reservation with the tattoo young boy when passing by the shop during the day of new year eve who can’t speak English but is friendly and patient enough to complete our reservation. Thank you very very much for your kindness. The venue size around 20 guests (if you are foodie you will agree me venue size is meaning something). If you like Yakiniku, you should not miss it. They are charcoal grill way better than gas stove, can’t compare. They offer variety of meats, not just beef, Kobe beef…. The freshness of meat is +90 scores, you can see the shiny oil and the protein come out when they get fire heated enough, the meat sizzling, oil drip on the charcoal return the smoky flavour, OMG. After I made a reservation through Google, I received a supporting e-mail, checked it, and visited, but I was embarrassed because the reservation was not made. It was a busy Friday evening, but an employee translated Japanese into English, kindly explained the situation, apologized, and prepared a table for me in a short time. The food was so delicious and the staff's serving attitude was also very satisfactory. There are many variables in traveling.
