Key take aways for you who are deciding on this hotel.
Location is great. Close to subway. No problem locating the hotel on our first day. Very close to taxi stand and family mart. The location is in a good and quiet area. You'll be getting a good quiet sleep. Only in one night my wife heard a police siren because the hotel is close to one. Our check-in was handle by a very nice and patient staff, Chyuun. Prior to arriving to the hotel, we communicated online and they were very responsive and helpful. This is a hotel apartment, slightly different than a full fledged hotel. ie: no breakfast, reception only available from morning to evening. We love this concept. We exchanged information with the hotel to enquire about the car park recommendations and asked for baby bath and damper bin. They responded promptly and mentioned the hotel offers one free 24 hours parking at a car park nearby. ||Upon check in. The staff was unaware of such service. When we ask for car park recommendation. He replied he doesn’t know. He then provided us with 3 coins to use to exchange sake, coffee or snacks. When asked how to redeem more coins. He replied he doesn’t know. There was no baby cot nor diaper bin when we went to our room. ||There was also no cleaning service during our 3 days stay except for clearing of rubbish. We were ok with it however this might not be what other people expected.||When we provided the receipt of the car park ticket to the front desk during check out. They mentioned it cannot be refunded as they can only provide the waiver of car park fee before we paid. We were not aware of this and this was not mentioned in the email nor explained by the staff. We were very disappointed with this arrangement. Realising there is nothing we can do we left after the payment and I was surprise they didn’t even say good bye when we leave. ||Overall it left us with a disappointing but important experience...
