We discovered this restaurant just by walking past - it immediately caught our eye with its clean, elegant interior. Apparently, it had only opened a week ago! The food turned out to be just as impressive as the atmosphere.

We had the Wagyu tonkatsu (you can get an optional Kobe upgrade), which you finish cooking yourself on a small table grill, so it’s always perfectly hot and done exactly how you like it.

We ordered the Wagyu course, and it was truly the best meal I’ve had during my entire stay in Osaka. We discovered this restaurant by chance while walking back to our Airbnb, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The meat softly with a few tendons. The dashi soup was very delicious. The rice was soft and fragrant.
