On my latest visit to a ramen shop near Ebisuchō Station on the subway, I was eager to try their another menu. I opted for Salt Ramen and Gyoza set, an excellent choice for lunch. The ticket vending machine made ordering simple and efficient. The ramen arrived promptly, and the first sip of the soup was heavenly. The broth, a light yet rich blend of chicken and seafood stock, was wonderfully enhanced by aromatic oils adding depth and umami. The noodles, perfectly firm and smooth, complemented the flavorful broth.
The gyoza was another highlight – packed with filling, it was a delightful side that didn't disappoint. The meticulous preparation of the dish was evident in every bite, from the tender roast beef to the firm, flavorful menma. The karaage was also a treat, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, a perfect match with the meal. The heart and soul put into each dish were palpable, making every mouthful a joy.
Despite being a regular lunch and dinner spot, the eat-in experience was comfortable and unrushed, making it an ideal spot for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served, ensuring great value for money. This visit reaffirmed my love for this local ramen gem, and I can't wait to return for another...
Read moreHole in a wall ramen place which has super limited seating. You need to order via a vending machine which only has Japanese wordings so it's Google Lens to the rescue. Ordered a regular ramen bowl with chasu and added on a Gyoza
Ramen was superb, noodles were cooked al dente, soup base was flavourful and not overly salty. The bowl had two generous slices of chasu and a thick slice of pork belly. Pork were good too and does not taste 'porky'. I particularly liked that they were not too fatty as well, where the fat and lean meat ratio were quite balanced.
Gyoza was good too, and since I was seated at the counter, I can see that they were made fresh. The skin was thin and the fillings full of flavour with some 'broth' nestled inside
Overall highly recommended.. value...

It’s small and sits only 9 patrons max although, the place is cosy with nice ambience with relaxing jazz music playing in the background. Ordering system is via ticket machine. There’s about a handful of ramen options with some sides. I ordered one of their signatures with roast beef and it was phenomenal to say the least. Great portion with all ingredients complimenting each other. Service was prompt and with a smile. Highly recommended if you’re nearby the...
