Other staffs are good and friendly

*We went there on 2024/12/22, my friend and i waited in line to pay for some merchandises and cafe orders around 1 hr. I bought 4 goods in 1 receipt and ordered foods and drinks in another receipt, after that we had to go to wait upstairs but the staff at the stairs said we can’t get in the cafe cause we had only receipt didn’t have a number!!! she’s polite but she can’t speak English so other staff came to help but they still didn’t lets us in, after a few minutes the couple who waited in line after us came with the cashier at first we thought she would help us but no!!! she just gave the queue no. 4 to the couple she saw us and ignored us!!! So the staff lets the couple in but not us, my friend asked them to check the time in receipt why we ordered first but can’t get inside after we spoke louder and louder they just checked and let us in with the queue no.4

*After back to hotel i checked my receipt i bought only 4 goods but i paid for 5 as the picture and yep if the owner read this you can check with the cctv that i bought only 4 goods! I can accept for the mistake but after the attitude of the cashier to me i thought about it again, is it easy to make mistakes for only 4 goods?? That’s weird right. Btw the cafe is so cute and i do love hello kitty chan hope you can improve more for your staff especially the cashier:((

*คาเฟ่ชั้น2 ต้องต่อคิวตรงแคชเชียร์ก่อนเพื่อที่จะออเดอร์ แล้วนำใบออเดอร์+บัตรคิวไปยื่นหน้าบันไดอีกทีถึงจะขึ้นไปนั่งได้

• วันที่ไปต่อคิวประมาณ1ชม. ซื้อพวงกุญแจกับกล่องเล็กๆรวม4ชิ้น1ใบเสร็จ ออเดอร์อาหารอีก4อย่าง1ใบเสร็จ พอคิดเงินเสร็จแคชเชียร์ให้แค่ใบเสร็จมา เราก็เอาไปยื่นตรงคิวหน้าบันได แต่พนักงานเสิร์ฟตรงนั้นไม่ให้ขึ้นแต่เขาพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นทำให้สื่อสารกันไม่รู้เรื่อง แต่น้องสุภาพอยู่นะคะ เลยมีพนักงานอีกคนออกมาเคลียร์ให้ ระหว่างนั้นคนที่ต่อคิวหลังเราก็เดินมาและแคชเชียร์ก็เดินมาด้วยพร้อมเอาบัตรคิวคาเฟ่หมายเลข4ยื่นให้2คนนั้น เพื่อนเราหันไปสบตาเพราะคิดว่าเขาจะยื่นให้เราด้วย แต่เขาทำหน้าไม่รู้เรื่องและเดินกลับไปที่เคาเตอร์ต่อ ซึ่งเราต่อคิวติดกันจะลืมได้จริงๆหรอ? สตาฟเปิดที่กั้นให้เบอร์4ขึ้นไป ส่วนเราและเพื่อนไม่ให้ขึ้น ถึงแม้จะมีใบเสร็จรายการอาหารแล้ว เพื่อนเราเลยตะโกนว่า you can check the time!!! We ordered first! ทุกคนในร้านหันมา ซึ่งดีค่ะจะได้เคลียร์ไปเลย จากนั้นสตาฟคนนั้นเลยไปเช็คที่เคาเตอร์แคชเชียร์ แล้วกลับมาขอโทษขอโพยพาเราขึ้นไปข้างบนพร้อมกับไปเอาบัตรเบอร์4ของโต๊ะนั้นมาให้เราแทน ซึ่งโอเครการสื่อสารอาจจะทำให้ไม่เข้าใจกันผิดพลาดกันได้ แต่แคชเชียร์จำไม่ได้จริงๆหรอว่าคิวที่คิดเงินก่อนหน้าคือเราและเพื่อน อันนี้แปลกมาก แต่ก็ไม่ได้อะไร enjoy eating กับถ่ายรูปกับคิตตี้ซังซึ่งน่ารักมากกก

• พอเราเที่ยวเสร็จกลับห้องพักที่รร.เลยเคลียร์เงินกับเพื่อน เลยมาเจอว่า เราซื้อของแค่4ชิ้น แต่เขาคิดเงินให้5ชิ้น ตามรูป ซึ่งโอเครมันอาจจะผิดพลาดกันได้ เราไม่ได้ติดใจอะไรเลยกับเงิน 2000เยน แต่ของแค่4ชิ้น มันผิดพลาดง่ายขนาดนั้นเลยหรอ และจากเหตุการณ์ก่อนหน้าที่แคชเชียร์ทำกับเรา เรามาคิดแล้วก็ว่ามันแปลกๆอยู่นะ เลยอยากมาเตือนไว้ว่าใครจะไป ขอให้เช็คกันดีๆนะคะ คาเฟ่ดี vibeดี...

I ate a pasta here and here is my experience and thought.

Although here is a lot of hello kitty toy,the food of the restaurant on 2nd floor is quite bad and expensive,the food cost 1000 yen and I think the food that I eat it is a pasta that buy from muji. Also,here is a little place that let people walk arround buy some souvenir.When I stepped in to the shop,it was few people here and when I walk arround,here is so little thing can buy and not that good that I thought,this point make me quite disappointed 😞.

In conclusion,as a person that not interested in hello kitty,I think here isn't a place for anyone except the people who really interested hello kitty and want to buy...
