We visited this café after stopping by the Otaru Music Box Museum to take a short break with family. The iced Americano and latte were both fine.
However, some of the staff were very unfriendly, which made the experience unpleasant. When I asked for a bit of extra water because the coffee was too strong, the staff member just stared at me and handed it over in a very rude manner. Later, when I returned the tray after finishing our food, the same staff kept staring and simply pointed at the trash bin with their finger, then walked away without saying anything.

We thought it'd be good because it had a line up. However, we waited about 30 minutes to get inside and the only reason there was a line was because the purchasing of the danishes is extremely inefficient. One employee takes your order, grabs your danishes, gets your drinks, takes payment, etc while the other employees stand behind them doing nothing.

Make sure you visit the top of the building where you can overlook the views and building of Otara. We arrived there just before it closes, the service can be quite slow.
