Very Very Strawberry — Restaurant in Otaru

Our kid had wanted to eat at the Hello Kitty cafe but it was full (thankfully!) so we stumbled our way over here when she still insisted on pizza. Margherita pizza was tasty (sourdough-ish crust). Amebi Linguine was perfectly al dente, the shrimp gently seasoned with something citrus and the sauce just perfection. I have visited this restaurant several times now and really enjoy each visit. The food is surprisingly authentic regarding flavor and ingredients.

The pizza is very good being cooked in a wood fired oven with nice pastry.

The pastas are also good and they have great desserts and good coffee.

The Ambience is also nice as it's decorated in old style.

It's conveniently located near the end of the walking strip (at the clock tower end) with plenty of parking.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever tried. Ingredients imported from Italy with super fresh seafood from local market. Everything in our dish is so perfectly cooked.

Pity, there is no pizza on the day we visit. The price for each dish here is a bit steep but it comes with the quality. Also there is only one chef so you have to wait a little bit for your food. But...
